How much of Bali do you want in one day?

Every package is private and planned around the light. The difference is how far we go.

One area, one golden hour, no rush.

~1 hr of guided shooting?Active shooting plus short walks between spots. Locations are kept close together so the hour goes into photos, not driving.
Up to 200 images?Most 1-hour sessions deliver at least 100 edited images. The count depends on spots and variety, never on holding anything back.
Up to 2 nearby locations?Kept within the same area. Want two different parts of Bali? Tell us at booking so we can plan the timing.
7-12 photo spots?A spot is a distinct backdrop within a location: different light, angle or setting.
Private session?Your booking is exclusively yours. No other clients, no shared time slots, full photographer attention for the whole session.
Gallery within 5 days?Every image color-graded and delivered via Google Drive. Need it faster? Add 48h express editing for US$55.

Securing your date

A 30% deposit books your session. The rest is paid right after the session, in IDR or US dollars. Cash is preferred, or Wise, Revolut, PayPal or QRIS. Receipts for both.

If it rains

We wait up to an hour, move to another day, or cancel with your deposit refunded in full. Your choice. Rescheduling with 48 hours' notice carries the deposit over.

How a session with me works

I photograph you across several locations in one day, following the light as it changes. Routes stay within one region, because driving between regions eats into shooting time.

I shoot every session personally on a Fujifilm X-H2 with fast primes.

Drone photos where permitted and conditions allow.

On longer sessions, Raditya joins as a second photographer.

Uluwatu, golden coast

Clifftop viewpoints, a quieter stretch of coastline, temple surroundings. Works best at sunrise or late afternoon.

Ubud, temples and jungle

A temple courtyard, a jungle path, rice paddy views on the way out. Works best early morning, before the heat and the crowds.

Jatiluwih, green Bali

Rice terraces, village roads, valley viewpoints. Works best at sunrise, when the mist is still sitting low.

Nusa Penida, dramatic coast

Cliffs, a beach viewpoint, aerial photos where conditions allow. Route and timing depend on the ferry schedule.

Local Knowledge

Most operators sell access to famous viewpoints

Take Tegallalang: nearly every visitor photographs it from the main road viewpoint, palm tree in the foreground, dozens of other tourists in frame after 7am. I use quieter access points and sections of the terraces I've learned through years of shooting there, with cleaner sightlines and a better angle on the morning mist.

Practical details

Regions and routing

Locations are grouped in one region. Far-apart combinations, like Uluwatu and Ubud, need custom timing agreed in advance.

What to wear and bring

Bring two to four outfits and comfortable shoes: terrace paths get muddy at dawn and Uluwatu's rocks are uneven. Temples need covered shoulders, and I can arrange a sarong.

Seasons and light

The dry season, April to October, gives the most reliable sunrise and sunset light. The wet season brings dramatic clouds and greener terraces, and if rain moves in, we wait it out, adjust the route, or reschedule. If you'd rather not reschedule, your deposit is refunded in full.

Frequently asked questions

How do we get between locations?

A car with driver is included in the 4-hour Istimewa Deluxe, and we travel together between stops. On the shorter packages you can add hotel pickup for US$45, or arrange your own transport and I'll meet you at each location.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No. I bring everything. Just show up.

Can other travelers join my session, or is it just my group?

Your booking is private, so nobody outside your group gets added to it. Friends and family with you can join in the frame or just come along for the day.

Can I choose the locations, or do you pick the route?

Either. Tell me spots you have in mind and I'll build the timing around them, or leave it to me and I'll pick a route based on your group, the season, and the light that day.

What time does the session start?

Depends on the locations and length you book. Some routes work best at sunrise, others suit midday or afternoon better. I'll confirm the exact time once we've worked out your route.

Is 48-hour editing included, and do I get some photos before the rest?

It's included in the Bahagia Photoshoot and Istimewa Deluxe, and a US$55 add-on for the Tenang Session. Photos are always delivered together as one complete gallery, never split into batches.

Can I add extra time or locations on the day, if the shoot is going well?

Sometimes, if the schedule allows it. Book the longer package upfront if there's a real chance you'll want more time, since extending on the spot depends on what else is planned that day.
