Cherish has 9 years of experience specializing in wedding makeup, with a background in architecture and a master's in art. She leads a team of 5 makeup artists and 5 hairstylists: Mangwin (7 years, master's in art, specializing in men's, regular, and mature makeup), Dayu (7 years, regular and mature makeup), Tuayu (5 years, regular and mature makeup), and Yunda (3 years, regular makeup). On hair, the team includes Lestari (10 years, wedding hairdo), Gung Ayas (8 years, wedding and editorial hairdo), Yuni (12 years, regular and mature hairdo, cutting and styling), Kadek (12 years, regular and mature hairdo), and Resti (8 years, regular, mature, and Balinese traditional hairdo).
Cherish and her team have worked with more than 200 brides from around the world, including Australia, India, the USA, Europe, the Maldives, Ethiopia, and Zimbabwe. The work reflects real experience across a wide range of skin tones and styles. Many of those brides booked the team alongside our Bali wedding photographer. That way, the look is planned around the light and timeline of the day.

Combining professional photography with expert makeup, hair, and styling creates a cohesive result, so every image looks and feels like you. For a private session with our Bali boudoir photographer, that means soft, skin-focused makeup that still looks real in close-up.
The team travels to you anywhere across Bali's main areas, Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Ketewel, and Ubud. There's no extra cost, since it's already in the price. A skin touch-up during your session is included with The Signature. For any other service, add one for US$17 / IDR 300K.

FAQ
How early should makeup start before my photoshoot?
Natural Radiance takes around 1 hour per person, The Signature around 3 hours, and The Modern Professional 20 to 30 minutes. For groups, each person needs their own hour, so we schedule well before your shoot start time. Tell us when your session begins and where you're getting ready, and we'll confirm the start time.
Will my makeup last through a hot, humid shoot?
Every look is built to hold up in Bali's heat and humidity, using camera-tested products. The Signature includes one skin touch-up during your day. For Natural Radiance and The Modern Professional, a mid-session touch-up can be added for US$17 / IDR 300K.
Do you come to my hotel or villa, and is there a travel fee?
Yes. Travel to Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Ketewel and Ubud is included in the price. North & East Bali adds US$8 / IDR 150K. If your area isn't listed, tell us where you're staying and we'll confirm.
Is Cherish the one doing my makeup?
The Signature is done personally by Cherish, and sharing reference photos ahead of time helps her match the look you want, whether that's clean bridal, Korean style, Douyin style or soft glam. Natural Radiance and The Modern Professional are normally handled by her team of experienced makeup artists and hairstylists.
How should I prepare, and what if I have sensitive skin?
Come with clean, moisturized skin and clean, dry hair, and skip heavy skincare products on the day. Washing your hair the night before rather than the same morning generally gives better hold. Mention any sensitivities or skin concerns when booking so the artist can plan for them.
How does group booking work?
Group rates use our Natural Radiance service: US$100 / IDR 1.8M per person for 1 to 2 people, or US$90 / IDR 1.6M per person for groups of 3 or more. No touch-up is included, and travel within Bali's main areas is covered.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date. Group and multi-day bookings are welcome, so get in touch early if you're planning for a bridal party or several looks.
Can I book makeup and hair without a photoshoot?
Makeup and hair are booked alongside one of our photography sessions. If you've already booked your session, choose it in the inquiry form and mention it in your message.
