If the length you want isn't listed, book the nearest one. A 1.5, 2.5 or 3 hour session books as the closest package. The booking only takes the 30% deposit. You pay the rest after the session, based on the length you actually shoot.

Payment

- The remaining balance is paid right after the session, in cash (Indonesian Rupiah preferred)
- No cash? Wise, Revolut or QRIS all work
- Receipt issued for both payments
The deposit counts toward your session total and is not refunded after a normal shoot. If a refund does apply, for example a rained-out outdoor session, it goes back to the card you paid with. Because the deposit is paid by card, your card issuer's standard dispute process applies. A receipt is sent to your email automatically. A refund appears in your account:
- Within a couple of minutes for digital wallet apps (Wise, Revolut, etc.)
- Within up to 10 days for standard card payments

If it rains we can wait up to an hour, postpone to another day, or cancel with the deposit refunded in full. The choice is yours. For all other reasons the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 48 hours notice and your deposit carries to the new date, with no second deposit.

How much do I pay now, and how do I pay the rest?
Only the 30% deposit, by card through Stripe. The remaining balance is paid right after the session, in cash with Indonesian Rupiah preferred, or by Wise, Revolut or QRIS. You get a receipt for both payments.

What happens if it rains on my date?
We can wait up to an hour, postpone to another day, or cancel with your deposit refunded in full. The choice is yours. A refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Yes. Give us at least 48 hours notice and your deposit carries over to the new date, with no second deposit. For reasons other than rain, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you automatically, and an invoice is available on request.
